calling Lisp from C

Hi!

Are there any plans to add callback facilities (i.e. calling Lisp from
C) to UFFI? I know that both LispWorks and ACL can do this, and the
CMUCL manual states that it is "sometimes possible but rather
hackish." (Don't know about the other supported or soon-to-be-supported
implementations.)

I'll probably start a project soon that'll need this and I'll use
LispWorks but I'd rather use an implementation-independent solution
like UFFI just in case I'm going to make my code available later.
