Hmm. It'd be OK for me. I'm more concerned about CLSQL users who want
a "slim" solution without the CLOS integration. Maybe the USQL layer
could be optionally disabled at build time.

I don't need it immediately but from my experience with several
commercial customers it'd be tremendously helpful if Oracle support
where available as an option. My OCI knowledge is not very complete
and a little bit rusty but I might work on the Oracle backend a little
bit if I find some time.
