add-to-relation

I've tried using add-to-relation in a couple of occasions and seems
not to work.  Even usql-tutorial.lisp triggers an error under CMUCL
18d and PostgreSQL:

  No matching method for the generic-function #<Standard-Generic-Function ODCL::GET-CONTEXT-STORE (1)
						{48EBDCC9}>,
  when called with arguments (NIL #<EMPLOYEE {489AAD65}>).
