One or the other need a new release.

That will be taking place in the next few days.  I'm in the middle of
doing an emergency network re-IPing  so I can't get to it right now.

Building USQL and ODCL from source is the reccomended immediate
workaround.  Information for CVS access is on their home webpage.

The EC stuff got moved around a bit in the last few revisions, it
looks like that package interaction is a incompatible snapshot
