I have an even better idea!

cvs update to the latest usql release and the problem magically goes
away, *p00f*!

I JUST made the change Harald suggested, but only after beating myself
up for not doing the work of making USQL sit on top of CLSQL and
making the USQL drivers as one with CLSQL.
