Here are a few examples to filter incoming email

[email.*]
!move(batchworld) Header {^Reply-to: [email protected]$}
!move(sed-users) Header {^X-Apparently-To: [email protected]$}
!move(JoeBloggs) Header {^From:.*[email protected].*$}

Yep, and as was mentioned the help is good, though not completely up to
date.

You add your rules/actions under Settings>Scoring and actions.

Regular expressions aren't straightforward for the uninitiated but they are
powerful.
