"Scoring & Action" help

I have the following in Rules:

[email.*]
!move(Tony) From: "@xxx.ca",
!move(Tony) From: "@aaa.ca"
!move(Tony) From: "[email protected]"
!move(Tony) Header (To:) "xxx.ca"
!move(Tony) Header (To:) "aaa.ca"
!move(Tony) Header (To:) "[email protected]"

It works, but it is awkward, and lenghty.

Is there a way to combine these lines? I tried <From: "@xxx.ca","@aaa.ca" >   
and <From: Header (To:) "[email protected]"> (without <>) but neither worked.

Would appreciate your suggestions.
