 What  is  most effective strategy, mtehod to 'plonk' some users? I mean -
 what to do if I don't want to even retrieve header of plonked person?

 AFAIK  scoring on some specyfic NNTP-Posting-Host is not working. But how
 about scoring on Content-Type?
