Crosspost management

I've got the following lines in my scorefile:

!delete Xpost %>5
[alt.military.retired alt.war.vietnam]
!delete Xpost %>1
[us.military.army]
!delete Xpost %>2

I want to kill *all* crossposts to more than 5 groups no matter what (an
anti-spam idea I'm carrying over from Gravity), kill *all* crossposts in
AMR and AWV, and limit us.military.army to only 2 groups.

Just checked UMA and noticed a post to 4 groups.  Any idea what I'm
doing wrong?
