New to 40tude Questions

I have just started using 40tude after many years of Agent.

The multiple servers is great, however I have a couple of questions 
that I would like some help with if possible.  I have read over old 
messages but cant quite find the answers.

1.  Is it possible to combine the different inboxes into one?

2.  I am really having difficulty in filtering mail on retrieval 
into different folders.  Can someone suggest a simple action which 
would do this.
