Added full archive history

I've added pages to the Mail-Archive for full historical access to all
of the lists and messages.  Previously, the main archives view 
available
from the front page would show you only the active lists, and you could
only browse back a certain number of messages in each list.  Those 
pages
are still the same.  There is now an additional link from the front 
page
that will take you to all of the lists that have been stored at
Mail-Archive over the years, and from there you can go back and access
all of the messages stored in each list:

   http://www.mail-archive.com/history.html

Please note that the history index pages are a work-in-progress, so the
links are subject to change.  The base history.html in each list
directory should remain the same even if we make other changes to the
structure.
