Spam message got by mail-archive.com filters

Unfortunately, spammers are posting to OSS bug tracking systems. One of the posts got by mail-archive.com filters: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg01270.html Is it possible to delete the message, or at a minimum, remove the offending content? If you cannot, I understand due to how the site functions and the potentially high administrative burden to deal with spam that gets through mail-archive.com filters.
