Urls containing "@" screwed up in archived Mails

Hi folks,

I'm from LibreOffice community and noticed that links in archived mails
containing an "@" are screwed up, assuming to hide an emailadress. This
isn't a good thing, because especially links pointing to other
mail-archive.com Mails are broken.

Is that intended behavior?

If not: please fix.
If yes: provide good reasons. :o))
