Yes, if it is a technical question about the Mail-Archive service
itself. For example "What RAID level does the Mail-Archive primary
server use?" Please do NOT ask a technical question about some
unrelated topic.  This is not a place to discuss things like Apache
Tomcat or Java programming problems, for example. See the FAQ entry:
