down for maintenance

Hi all, it is important that everything is perfect before turning on
archiving again - otherwise we risk a big mess.

One thing I'm doing towards this end is making another partition
copy. I am taking the main webserver off line for a couple of hours so
I can get a copy done in a reasonable amount of time. Should be done
with that and on-line again (but not yet archiving new material) in
about 3 or 4 hours.
