I did.  I didn't realise that was an ad in the middle of the email but
assumed it was part of the email's content.  I took the sole ad to be
the one on the right-hand side.  I don't favour them also being
interleaved but if they are they must be clearly marked as an "interrupt
this email for a message from our sponsors".  :-)
