Dear mail-archive.com bods,

Firstly, thanks for the great service you provide, which has aided me
numerous times over the last few years.

I have one small request to make of you: the historical view of a mailing
list is extremely useful. Could you please put a link to it in the
navigation bar that runs across the top of every page? It would save me
having to type "history.html" every time.
