How to a Define Dispersive Anisotropic Medium in MEEP package

Hello Meep users and developers!

I am interested in to calculate spectra of a photonic crystal composed of a
dispersive anisotropic material, using meep package. After a widely search,
I couldn't find any example of input file where such dielectric media
defined. Can anyone help me to set a proper media within the input file of
this package? Any further guideline about such complicated media would be
appreciated.
