Relax simulations

Dear relax users,
I want to know that, how many number of simulations are optimum to get a
good R1 and R2 data. I am giving 10 simulations in command
"monte_carlo.setup(number=10)" and Relax is taking approx. 12 hr for each
R1 and R2 analysis. It is very time consuming, please help me.
