A multiline list of matching messages.

User interface issue, not a protocol issue. There's no reason not
to always make it a regexp.

Only the headers are being searched; within those limits, feel free to
craft a regexp which needs to match a Date:, a From: and whatever else.

No, it should only apply to the current folder.
