In MS Access, sending an email using blat should be done within a function. The return value of that function can tell whether email was sent successfully or nit. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]]On Behalf Of Tim Musson Sent: Friday, May 02, 2014 3:14 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [blat] Detecting failures in ms-Access Hey David, On Thursday, May 1, 2014 at 11:33:49 PM you wrote dyc> How do i detect send failures from within ms-access? I don't use MS Access. I would expect you would check return codes and the Blat log file. That is how I would do it in a Batch file. I know there is an example of how to use Blat with Access here: http://www.blat.net/examples/ There is also a Return/Exit Code link on that same page. -- Tim Musson Flying with The Bat! eMail v5.8.2 Printed on 100% recycled electrons.
