I feel -logcmds is better, which can be used for debugging purposes. The -log can be left as it is. We wouldn't like  passwords to be logged permanently.

  There is a request at SourceForge.net to have Blat log command line arguments when using the –log option.  Does it make sense to log command line arguments whenever the –log option is used, or should I add an option such as –logcmds for logging command line options on demand?
