Ok so I downloaded version 3.2.1 and put the folders into by Blat262 folder. This is what is happening now when I try and run my .bat files
:\blat262\full>blat D:\POS\Retail\Rpro\print\nightlypolling.txt -to [email protected] -cc [email protected] -Subject "nightly polling"

32-bit Windows, Full, Unicode
Failed to open registry key for Blat
To set the SMTP server's name/address and your username/email address for that
server machine do:
blat -install server_name your_email_address
or use '-server <server_name>' and '-f <your_email_address>'
aborting, nothing sent
So I ran this....and this is what I got back
R:\blat262>D:\POS\blat262\full\blat.exe -install SMTP smtp.emailsrvr.com Marketi
[email protected] -u [email protected] -P psswd
The device is not ready.
