While testing with stunnel, hopefully JC has taken care of blat's output port and stunnel's listening port to be made same and making sunnel's out-port as 587. It's basic, but sometimes we miss the obvious.

  Live.com does require TLS on port 587, and including :587 with the server name is supported by Blat.  :-)
