Mauro, What kind of authentication is required? If the server needs a userid and password, you can use –u and –pwd for those items. If the server requires SSL or TLS, then you will need to use a program like stunnel (http://www.stunnel.org) to provide the required encryption. From a command prompt window, type in ‘blat –?’ to get a full list of all options that Blat supports and a brief description of each. If you want more clarification of each / any option, please ask and we will do our best to make it clear. Stunnel can be run as a Windows service, it can be run from the Start Menu, or it can run from a batch file or shortcut. Over the years, I and others have posted configuration files (stunnel.conf) to allow Blat to connect to various servers such as Hotmail.com, Live.com, and Gmail.com. If you go to the Yahoo site for Blat’s forum, type in ‘stunnel’ into the search bar to find many messages about using stunnel. -- Chip
