but got the same error

trying this command
blat -body “Test Mail” -to [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> –s “Test” –server email3.xxx.yyy.com –f [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>
gives this error
Blat v3.1.2 (build : Dec 27 2013 14:33:12)
32-bit Windows, Full Unicode
Blat saw and processed these options, and was confused by the last one…
Do not understand argument: Windows console utility ….
The same command on another machine works. It is really the same command. I used copy/paste …
Any ideas?
