To know the best way to help you, we need to know which version of Blat you
are using.

The easiest way to send accented characters, such as your è, is to create
text files for the subject and / or body, and save those text files in UTF-8
or Unicode format. Blat version 3.x for Windows 2000 (and newer)
understands Unicode characters, and will send them just fine, especially if
you use the current version 3.2.4.

To specify that your subject line is in a file, use the -sf option followed
by the name of your file. If your message body is coming from a text file,
that file name should be the first argument given to Blat.
