They are using a service to determine if the mail they are receiving
is spam or not. The service says it is so they block you from sending
the mail. You can check out more here: http://www.spamhaus.org/zen/

There you can also find that 127.0.0.4 is used to indicate
virus-infected computers or other exploits. If you click further you
