It appears to me that your system is attempting to send email to a non-existent server. One or more email addresses are likely to be bogus. Are you able to review the list of email addresses to weed out the bad ones?
On a side note, Blat should be updated because version 2.6.2 has some known issues.

I hope you can help, I am running a restaurant that experiences chronic BLAT errors when attempting to send automated messaging through Respak.
I have tried every avenue to fix this problem via our reservation system provider (Respak), our email provider (Nexcess) and have had an IT person come to the venue to try their hand at it too; all have been to no avail.
It is a chronic issue that seriously affects the running of our small business.
Below is an example of the error:
Blat v2.6.2 w/GSS encryption (build : Feb 25 2007 12:06:19)
Sending C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\RP1301.tmp to [email protected]
Subject: Marque Restaurant booking
Login name is Marque Restaurant <[email protected]>
The SMTP server does not like the name [email protected]
Have you set the 'To:' field correctly, or do you need authorisation (-u/-pw) ?
The SMTP server response was -> 553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)
Warm regards,
Chris Boersma
