Blat and Windows 10

Hi all,
 I am sure I saw something on this in the past, but cannot find anything.  The search options (even Google) are not helping me.
 I am assuming that blat works fine under Windows 10, with possible some security issues, aka Windows Server issues I have worked with.
 Can anyone confirm this?  And any speedbumps I will need to look out for?
