I believe it could work, except that you will need to ensure the piped message is terminated with a Ctrl-Z, otherwise Blat will wait seemingly forever until a Ctrl-Z is detected.

If you can work with this restriction, then use a hyphen as the first command line option, and do not use the -body option.
