Hi Newbie to Blat on Windows and Need help!

i am new to Blat.  I need to be able to send log files to a email group.  please tell me how and where to set up Blat.
 

 1. where to download it
 2. how to configure it
 3. any port or firewall i need to get from my network people
 4. any setup from the server to out email server
