BLAT after compiling using VS2014 is not running under WinXP SP3

Hi,

I have done a custom compile under Visual Studio 2014. In windows XP SP3 it wont run. It says is not a valid win32 application.

It compiled in Release/32bit. Any idea what seems to be wrong here ?
