content-description with individual text per attachment

Hi,
 

 we need to set the content-description of every attachment individually (windows). We couldn't find any option to accomplish that.
 Did anyone do this before or can offer some help?
 It would be best to have a parameter like -attach "filename" -description "foobar".
 When sending more than one file we should be able to use multiple -attach/-description value pairs.
 

 I also tried to compile blat sources on my own using windows and cygwin with latest gcc 5.4.0 but I get lots of errors like "expected unqualified-id before end of line" and so on.
