The finger command is intended to provide that information, but the fingerd daemon refuses to answer on many domains and is not running at all on many others.
When you try my address, you will get this response:
[willms-edv.de]
> Finger: Verbunden::Verbindung abgelehnt
or in English translation: "Finger: connected:: Connection refused"
Trying your adress only gets a time out.
finger is also available on Windows as finger.exe command to be run on the command line (or START > EXECUTE > finger.exe)
