I don't know how your system works, nor what software that you're using. But when I was using the Bluewave mail system, the door would allow me to subscribe to selected echoes/message areas. I'd then configure Bluewave reader to only display subscribed areas. I think that you can do the same with Bluemail, in that you only have a list of message areas that actually have messages in it.
