bogofilter-0.93.0 has also changed QDBM! Upgrade instructions.

To emphasize another incompatible change:

bogofilter 0.93.0 has broken compatibility in QDBM mode, too. There is a
tool however that can convert the Hash format QDBM files that bogofilter
up to 0.92.X have used into the new B+tree format QDBM files that
bogofilter 0.93.0 and newer use or will use. Most of the work has been
done by Stefan Bellon, whom we thank.

Detailed instructions how you can do the conversion are given in the
RELEASE.NOTES-0.93 file, which is a must-read!
