bogofilter-0.96.1 - aka 1.0.0-rc1

Greetings,

There has been a paucity of problems in the 2 months since the release
of bogofilter-0.95.2.  If no significant problems show up in the next
week, this release will become bogofilter-1.0.0

	  64-bit accesses.  sqlite 3.2.2 or newer is strongly recommended.
