bogofilter-0.15.1 - New Current Release

Bogofilter-0.15.1 is available on SourceForge as the Current Release. 
The primary changes are in message header processing where the
processing of encoded words and folded header lines has been rewritten
and is much improved.  Some flex rules have been revised with the result
that the bogofilter and bogolexer executables are approx 250k than in
0.15.0
