bogofilter-0.10.0 released

Greetings,

bogofilter 0.10.0 has been released and is on SourceForge.  The release 
includes files bogofilter-0.10.0.tar.gz, bogofilter-0.10.0-1.src.rpm, and 
bogofilter-0.10.0-1.i586.rpm.  Below is a list of changes since 0.9.1.2

	  file for X-Bogosity line and logging messages.  Message content can
	  include status, spamicity, version, etc.
