Bogofilter-0.17.0 - new current release

Greetings,

Bogofilter-0.17.0, a.k.a. "Code Clean-up Release - Phase 2", has been
released.  All the old compatibility code in 0.16.x that has, for the
last month, been marked with "#ifdef ENABLE_DEPRECATED_CODE" and
"#endif" statements has been deleted.

File RELEASE.NOTES-0.17 has details of the changes.  If you haven't read
it already, do so!  If you determine at some future date that you need
the removed code, you'll have to download 0.16.4

always.
