Looking at http://buildd.debian.org/build.php?&pkg=bogofilter the 0.94.14 tests had permission problems and failed. The tests for 0.95.0, 0.95.1, and 0.95.2 all show the sqlite problems. I've submitted my request to SourceForge for access to their compile farm which includes 64 bit processors. Hopefully I'll be able to test later today.
