Imap and bogofilter training

Bogofilter runs on my imap server, and on the whole does a good job.  However, 
I get a number of 'unsure's.  Training them in kmail doesn't seem to be 
making any difference, even when I'm reading on the box that acts as a 
server.

I'm guessing that instead of using the kmail training I need to move the 
unsure messages to training ham and spam directories, then run a training 
command on that folder.  If I'm right, could someone spell out the steps 
required?
