Update:  Using the only web contact form I could find for
Vonage (Investor Relations, *laugh*), I submitted the info 
about the bad boundary string, and soon received what seems 
to be a sincere request for more info, followed by a statement
that they'd look into it -- a better outcome than I'd expected.
