I found some additional changes that needed to be made to bogofilter-milter.pl for it to be able to use spamitarium.pl as a filter. I also found some changes that needed to be made to spamitarium.pl to make it work properly when called from a Milter. I've therefore posted an updated version of bogofilter-milter.pl, as well as my customized spamitarium.pl script, at http://stuff.mit.edu/~jik/software/bogofilter-milter/ <http://stuff.mit.edu/%7Ejik/software/bogofilter-milter/>. I've also submitted my changes privately to Tom Anderson for him to consider incorporating into the official version of the script.
