Hi Tom, Bogotune counts the messages you provide it for tuning. The "message sets" message indicates bogotune didn't recognize that your ham and spam files contained multiple mssages. You ran bogotune with the directory names as its parameters. Each directory contained a single "mbox" file. Try running bogotune with the actual file names.
