bogofilter creates wordlist.db automatically. You can even create an 
"empty" one, e.g. with

$ bogofilter -d tmp/ -s <<<""

This creates (with default settings) tmp/wordlist.db.

Of course, instead of using <<<"" you'd just start training spam (-s) 
or ham (-n) as the manual explains.
