Using Spamassassin spam to train bf

Hope this topic is not trodden to death already: Messages processed by spamassassin as spam, may have 1 or more headers inserted by SA. Will those extra headers be a problem if I use a pile SA (classified as spam) messages to train bogofilter to ID spam.
