Re: Blocking zip files

Bob,

I just dug through the archives, as I went through this a while back, 
and you had asked before. The solution that came up last time this 
subject was raised is also the one I implemented.

Specifically, I use Niversoft's FindAttachments script (which is 
included with Pollustop, a product I highly recommend). The script adds 
a header with the attachment extension in it. I then created a 
system-wide rule that searches for that header and for the ZIP 
extension. The rule stores any matching message in a subfolder in my 
personal account. I then periodically go through the folder and forward 
any legitimate messages (few and very far in between) to the intended 
recipient.

I know of no other way.
