Migration for IPv6

Dear All
I want to do gradual migration to IPv6. For that I created a DNS
name for IPv6. Then I have a new email for IPv6. But i did not received
my test emails from gmail (IPv6 server) yet.
Can the two domains one with IPv4 and other with IPv6 subsist in the
same server? I disabled the Server LAN IP Address because I can not have
both.
I put the gmail IPv6 IPs in the Client List. I do not know if there are
more.
I have Community Communigate.
